Your Room Between
You are in The
Thriving Room.
You are in the room on the other side. Not fully settled — you may never be fully settled, and that is not a failure. But you have moved through something significant. You have done the work of letting go, of seeing clearly, of building what is actually yours. You are standing in a version of your life that you helped create with intention — and you are learning what it means to actually live in it.
The Thriving Room is not a destination you arrived at and can now rest in permanently. It is a practice. It is the ongoing work of reflecting, recalibrating, and letting yourself actually feel what you have moved through — without immediately reaching for the next thing to fix or achieve.
Emotional Recognition
Not quite who you were. Not yet who you are becoming.
You may feel more like yourself than you have in years. You may also still have moments of uncertainty, grief, or wondering if this new chapter is as solid as it feels. Both are part of Thriving. Thriving is not the absence of hard days. It is the presence of self-trust strong enough to navigate them without losing yourself.
What you have built — the clarity, the courage, the capacity to move through transition with some degree of intention — is not small. And the women behind you in their own Room Between need to see that it is possible. That is part of what this room is asking of you now.
What This Room Between May Be Asking
Get honest about who you are underneath it all.
The Thriving Room is asking you to resist the pressure to immediately move on to the next thing. It is asking you to linger in what you have built long enough to actually feel it. It is asking you to recalibrate — to notice what still needs adjusting, what has taken root, and what you want to carry forward into the next chapter. And it is asking you to consider: what role do you want to play in the lives of other women who are still in their crossing?
Three Reflection Questions
What have you moved through in the last chapter of your life that you have not yet fully honored — and what would it mean to pause and acknowledge that before moving forward.
What is still asking to be recalibrated in this new chapter — and what does the most honest, intentional version of your life look like from here?
Who is the woman behind you in her own Room Between who needs to see what you have built — and how might your story, honestly told, serve her?
The Room Between Community
Your Room Between is not a place to disappear. It is a place to become.
Whatever room you are standing in right now — The Identity Room, The Alignment Room, The Transition Room, The Embodied Room, or The Thriving Room — there is a home for you in The Room Between community. A space where women navigating exactly what you are navigating gather month after month to reflect, restore, and become together. Where the work of transition is held with depth, honesty, and the kind of company that understands the particular weight of this season.
Each month opens with The Opening — a personal reflection from Dr. Nicole on the month's theme. The Prompt invites you to bring your own story into the room. The Witnessing is what happens next: women receiving one another's truth without rushing to advise, fix, or move anyone along faster than they are ready to go. And The Integration closes the month by asking what you are carrying forward into your actual life.
Four times a year, the whole room focuses together — at the Winter Solstice, the Spring Equinox, the Summer Solstice, and the Fall Equinox — for rituals that mark the turning of the year and the continuing work of your becoming.
