Twelve live Tuesday sessions with Dr. Nicole, January 12 – March 30, 5:00–6:30pm Pacific. You’ll move through the first three steps of the SHIFT Framework, Set Your North Star, Here, and Illustrate Your Path Forward, in a small cohort of 8–12 women.
